Re: An Open Letter To All Women Struggling With Menopause
Dear Friend,
I've been happily married for over 35
years.
As a retired educator
and research grant writer/administrator, I discovered it was time to begin my
own experience with menopause. I have spent the last several months searching
for the path to follow that will be in the best interest of my health and well
being now and into the future.

During this search, I noticed
there were no comprehensive online resources for me to utilize. I would go to
the search engines and access the directories but there was nothing that was
organized for me to use.
I have had so
many women tell me they wanted one place, a single source, where they could go
to find a collection of dependable resources with varied approaches to managing
menopause. That is why, just as a personal project, I pulled all these
resources together for friends, colleagues, and myself.
And then one of my coaches
said
"You know, why don't you create an online resource?"
So I did.
I went after it, and
after
months of research, almost on a daily basis, I have put together what is
arguably the first and only Online Menopause Resource Guide with information to
ease the symptoms of menopause. It has virtually every link and resource you
need if you are struggling with the symptoms of menopause.
The 2003 Online Resource
Guide for Women Struggling with Menopause provides a one-stop shopping place

I wanted to
make this guide available to as many women as possible because my goal is to
publish it as a hard copy book. The way to get a publisher interested is to
tell them I have thousands of downloads. I don't know how long it will be free.
I think that ultimately it will be a $39 book, but right now it is a free
download.
My research is
ongoing and I want to encourage suggestions, recommendations, and comments from
as many women as possible. It is my hope that you will write to me. Give me
your thoughts, won't you?
